Maven Action Committee

ICTAM’s Women in Tech Committee has undergone a name change. For the past three years, this dedicated group of volunteers gathered at ICTAM to discuss, brainstorm and implement change for gender parity in the tech sector.

With the launch of Maven, the group has rebranded as the Maven Action Committee. They met in late August to discuss the upcoming year and direction for Maven. This includes helping to shape, plan, and execute on-going Maven roundtables and events.

Committee members include people currently working in tech, people who have exited the sector and post-secondary educators. Their collective life experiences and long-time advocacy for women in tech makes the Maven Action Committee a huge asset to the project. ICTAM is thrilled to continue working with the group as they evolve and grow and will keep you informed on news and updates.
