She is driven by a desire for equality in the workforce. Through her volunteer work as the lead on the 2019 Winnipeg Women's March organizing committee, Hillary has gained insight into the imbalance women face in the professional sphere, especially in under-served communities.   READ MORE>>

I would love to teleport because gas is too expensive

Learn how to swim, travel all over Europe, and perform at a concert
4. What achievement are you most proud of?
Being able to leverage skills from previous jobs and apply them to this marketing role
5. What do you like about working at ICTAM?
The constant free food, lunch times at the farmer’s market, and all the wine*
*  Just to clarify, we've only had wine once since Aaron started, for a birthday celebration (as much as we'd like to, we don't always have wine in the office).

Ubisoft Scholarship for Women in Computer Science

Our favourite gaming company has partnered with  the University of Manitoba Computer Science program. In an effort to get more women involved in STEM, Ubisoft is offering scholarships to select women.

North Forge Technology Exchange, in partnership with the Indigenous Business Development Services (IBDS), is proud to award two Indigenous youth entrepreneurs, between the age of 18-24 years old, with a year-long membership to our North Forge Fabrication Lab.

Innovation Growth Program (IGP): Tax Credits

The IGP provides cost-sharing assistance to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to assist them in developing and commercializing new innovative products and processes. Firms may apply for a non-repayable grant of up to $100,000 to cost-share eligible expenses on a 50/50 basis.  
First deadline: Sept. 16, 2019

Climate Action Incentive Fund

The Climate Action Incentive Fund (CAIF) is a new Environment and Climate Change Canada program, delivering up to $218M in its first year (2019-2020). Programming would be available in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and New Brunswick, where provinces have not committed to their own carbon pollution pricing systems.
